The HTP Everlast Residential operates at up to a .94 Uniform Energy Factor (UEF). The high quality stainless steel construction of the unit and energy efficient operation allows it to provide long draws of hot water without consuming large amounts of energy. A dip tube directs cold water to the heating element near the bottom of the tank to minimize the mixing of cold and hot water.
The stainless steel elements in the tank eliminate the need for anode rods, resist scale build up, and provide ultimate heat transfer capabilities. The low watt density of the elements reduce chances of element burn out, providing longer service life than conventional elements.
The Everlast Residential also complies with the Safe Drinking Water Act (section 1417) and is lead free!
